2025年2月21日，2024年度利元亨“两优一先”（即年度优秀个人、年度优秀团队、年度海外先锋）表彰大会在总部隆重举行。董事长兼总裁周俊雄、舜势子公司总经理陈建泽、舜元子公司总经理靳鹏等10多位高层管理与来自各中心、事业部、子分公司的100余名工程师代表共同致敬年度标杆。
周董用真诚而朴实的致词，肯定了在座各位优秀工程师在2024年的努力与成绩，并给予大家新的鼓励与期望。
本次表彰大会共颁发了"优秀个人"、"优秀团队"、"海外先锋"三大年度奖项，覆盖了研发技术、软件控制、装配调试、质量管理、项目管理等多部门多岗位。
在表彰大会现场，三名优秀工程师代表分享了获奖感受与奋斗经历，其中一位远在异国的优秀代表通过了远程连线发表感言，代表奋斗在国内外项目现场的工程师们共同见证表彰的高光时刻。我们在业务上的每一次攻坚都是技术的夯实与提升，每一次挑战都是历练与成长，这些奋斗的点滴谱写成为“利元亨工匠”的感人故事。

Successful Conclusion of the 2024 Lyric "Two Excellence & One Pioneer" Award Ceremony
On February 21, 2025, the 2024 Lyric "Two Excellence & One Pioneer" (Outstanding Individuals, Outstanding Teams, and Overseas Pioneers) Award Ceremony was grandly held at the company’s headquarters. More than ten senior executives, including Chairman and President Zhou Junxiong, Shunshi Subsidiary General Manager Chen Jianzhe, and Shunyuan Subsidiary General Manager Jin Peng, along with over 100 engineers from various centers, business divisions, and subsidiaries, gathered to honor the year's role models.
Recognizing Excellence
With sincerity and humility, Chairman Zhou delivered a heartfelt speech, acknowledging the remarkable efforts and achievements of the outstanding engineers in 2024 while offering fresh encouragement and expectations. He stated,
"Amidst the wave of industry transformation, you—our role models—are the pride and confidence of Lyric. As we step into 2025, challenges lie ahead, but I hope you will push forward once again and meet at even greater heights!"
This year’s ceremony featured three major awards: "Outstanding Individuals," "Outstanding Teams," and "Overseas Pioneers," recognizing excellence across R&D, software control, assembly & debugging, quality management, and project management.
